I totally agree. Last season we were found badly lacking each time Nando was injured with just Ngog for cover. We need big improvement in this area. One thing, at least whoever we bring in will know they will get a fair few games, Nando has spent a lot of the last two seasons injured - unfortunately.

We need at least one really well established and proven striker to back-up El Nino. It's not good enough to get any striker that is available on the market. Even though I like Crouch but I think he's a tad too slow to be an effective striker. In one-on-one situations with the goalkeeper in front of him it's very likely that he will lose out! YNWA!

crouchie has had his day he's a decent player but if tottenham are looking to ship him out why would he be good enough for us ?also his ex girlfriend is from liverpool so why would he want to return after doing what he did to her

Man city have told Craig Bellamy to find a new club, he scored 1 in 3 last season, as long as he does not bring his golf clubs with him he would be a good signing, but he wants to play ever game, and gets up tight when he is not playing. But he is an established proven striker, that would do a job, as back-up to El Nino.

That's just it what guarantees can we have that he does not bring his golf clubs anymore? I think the atmosphere at our club among the players is much better than when it was under Rafa. We do not want an incident to spoil it all! YNWA!

Pacheco and Kelly will have a big part to play this year, both are the type of players that we need to break though and chalange for places. Also with Jovanovic Cole Poulsen and Aquilnai (he may as well be a new signing as he played so little last season). Looks on paper that we are stonger than last year, no question. We also have Darby, Ayala and a few others that could make the grade.

True! On paper we look much more stronger than last season. Our Academy graduates have done us proud by out-performing themselves this time around. I'm all for our young players playing in the first team! They will be anxious to show to the gaffer that they are qualified to play in the senior team. The young ones will always be playing that extra bit harder and faster than the seniors!
