Should we off load carroll (#4387) on 21-08-2011 at 02:15:21

Ive been a Liverpool fan for nearly fifty years and i just cannot get my head around my little pony andy carroll. he is a kid who is a big lad but just doesnt cut the mustard. he is not Liverpool class, he is lazy and doesnt do the ground work. How much could we sell him on for before the window closes and get in a decent goal scorer

aren't you driven too much by mood dibby, the lad has qualities he needs to get into the swing like many in the squad

fair enough not to be impressed so far but offloading him after we paid him a fortune would mean he has 100% flopped, which does not have much to do with reality to me since he hasn't even played half a season

let's see how things are around January then such points may have a more solid ground, well this is my opinion anyway

Who are you or me to judge Andy Carroll!! If King Kenny and Camolli brought in Andy Carroll to Liverpool then they might have seen certain qualities that might fit into the overall game plan! Besides, the kid is still very young and will only improve with time so stop all these talk about how good he is or not because it does not matter what matters is what King Kenny wants! Instead of belittling the player why don't we give him loads of encouragement so that he can improve faster rather than burden him all sort of negative thoughts! YNWA!

But 35 million now might go up to 45 or 50 million or more if he were to improve and prove his worth! Remember he is still young and buying British is a safety catch just in case the English FA wants a certain number of British born players in the team! YNWA!

But got beaten out jumped and gave the ball away a lot. Still, when the mighty Exeter win the champions league we will look back on his (and hendersons) contributions in this game and realise we were up against one of the best teams in the world. Well done Andy.
