Raul who is out of favour at Real Madrid is unhappy having played only A few games for them this season. It is rumored Benitez is assessing the situation on the chance of A move for the player in the summer it also said it is understood Raul, has A contract with Real Madrid that ties him to the Real for life??

NOW THEIR,S A PLAYER IF HE WERE TEN YEARS YOUNGER YOU WOULD LOVE TO SEE IN A RED SHIRT.

Rumour without photo :(

theKid

theKid I don't see him moving to UK, he's too used to play in Madrid and he's good there, but who knows, at his age, who will he do in a different league...

ssvegeta08 Ya.. Money is a big prob.. But i think Rafa should have used the Alonso transfer money wisely.. We could have got Mata for Aquilani's price i guess...

suehaime Yeah, I like Mata too plus a few other young players mentioned previously but it's the question of a 'mata' of money that we have to solve first!

ssvegeta08 I don't think buying players of that age will help... We should look for players around 24-25 years who will improve with matches and also play with more energy... Raul is a legend no doubt, but buying him now is waste of precious money... Personally i like Mata .. Hope we can see him in a red shirt! YNWA!...

MerseyMike

MerseyMike Contracts aren't worth the paper they're written on. We could get him on the cheap I reckon. Still don't think it would win us the league or save Rafa his job. I'd much rather see the likes of Benzema or Higuain than the ageing Raul. Those are the kind of signings we should be thinking about.

suehaime How old is he right now? If he's 31 0r 32 he should be good for another two years.
