BackLiverpool are heading the race for Blackburn Rovers defender Chris Samba, according to The People.
The 27-year-old has switched agents in order to gain a move away from Ewood Park, where he struggled to manufacture a move away from.
Samba remains keen to leave the club, despite signing a five-year deal with the club last January, with Liverpool the club in contention for his services.
Arsenal showed plenty of interest in Samba during the last January transfer window, and during the summer but instead opted to sign German Per Mertesacker.
Their interest has since cooled in the centre-back, with the return of Thomas Vermaelen also contributing to Arsenal going off the Congo stopper.
It's believed Samba is becoming disenchanted with life at Rovers, which has alerted Liverpool to his services.
Arsenal and Liverpool would both require £10 million to sign Samba.
