We definitely need this home win! We can't afford another loss or even a draw!

Both goals were a bit scrappy but we can't take it away from the boys who played markedly better than the previous game. We defended well... thanks to Kyrgiakos who cleared a ball going goal-bound! Other than that the backline played quite well! Is this a sign of better things to come especially after Spurs drew against Birmingham! I don,t want to be like the boy who cried wolf once to often. Nowadays to stay sane one have to take one game at a time and hope for the best! But for today's game, good on you boys, you played your hearts out..I'm proud of you... and I'm sure there are many other Liverpool fans who share my feelings! YNWA!

Liverpool have had a minimum of four shots on goal in each of their last four games at Anfield. Yesterday, against Bolton, they scored twice and had three further shots on goal. Liverpool's problem has been away from home - last Tuesday at Wolves they managed just one shot on target in 90 minutes - and in three of their last four away games they have hit the target just once on each occasion.
