Last week he appeared to flick a V-sign at Andre Marriner as his frustration boiled over in Liverpool's poor performance in their defeat to Wigan. Gerrard also appeared to abuse the referee."

I think the press is making a mountain out of a mole hill! This is football, a game full of passion! If any other ordinary player were to the the same thing nothing would be made out of it. This however has dragged on for too long! May be most of these negative comments are being circulated by reporters or writers or editors who are Man U fans!

Sky news...F.A have ruled out any action against Gerrard in incident with Brown..... Last night me and my friends were taken bets at the match how long it would take Brown to get booked. We counted 10 fouls he committed on Liverpool players, he is known for his aggresive attitude he and Stevie have got form against each other.Stevie G in my opinion doesnt like the player because of his attitude he is sly in his tackles watch the game on Liverpool t/v and see how many times he uses his elbows, Maxi got a taste and so did Auqalani!!!
