BackRobbie Fowler has admitted he would love to return Liverpool as a coach in the future.
The former Reds striker is currently taking his Uefa coaching badges as he looks to move into coaching following the end of his playing career.
Fowler has had spells working with the coaching staff at MK Dons and Bury since returning to England as he looks to learn his trade.
The 36-year-old admits returning to Anfield in some capacity is his dream as he takes his first steps into coaching.
"If I'm being honest I would love to (come back to Liverpool one day) but it's not really my choice!" Fowler told Al Jazeera Sport.
"If I could walk there tomorrow I would but it's not the ideal world as we all know.
"Eventually that is obviously the aim to try get and get back there and be a part of that club again because I was there since I was 11 and it's a big part of my life."
