Publish piece of newsBenayoun - I might leave Reds RUMOUR
BackYossi Benayoun has become the latest person to rock the boat at Liverpool by admitting that his future is far from certain. The Reds have endured a soap opera season, with poor form on the field and endless unrest behind the scenes leading to a failure to qualify for the UEFA Champions League.
Manager Rafa Benitez has been persistently linked with Juventus and has refused to dismiss the reports, while co-owners George Gillett and Tom Hicks have put Liverpool up for sale amid mountains of debt.
Benayoun has now confessed that he does not know if he will still be at Anfield next season as the uncertainty surrounding the club continues to unfold after Sunday's miserable defeat to title-chasing Chelsea.
The midfielder, who has been linked with CSKA Moscow and is not under a long-term contract, said: "It's very difficult to speak now about next season. We don't know what changes there will be (in the) players, the staff so I think it's too early to speak.
"I don't know personally even if I will be here or I will not be here. A lot of things can happen, so we have to wait and see."
Israel international Benayoun would like to retire at Liverpool, but he acknowledges that the decision may be taken out of his hands. "Liverpool is a great club and I enjoy it but a lot of things are happening in this moment," he added. "If it depended on me, I would stay here and retire in Liverpool. The fans are the best in the world but it depends on a lot of things. It will be very clear soon."

suehaime I refuse to believe in all this talk until it is a sure fact. If we start believing with every little rumour that comes out from God knows where will make us feel very irritated and edgy... you won't be able to enjoy life and watching the World Cup! My advice to all Liverpool fans is that to stay calm and wait for the truth to come out.... when you are especially 100% sure! YNWA!
